A Classic German-style Sour wheat beer. Our Gose is kettle soured for tartness balaced with the traditional addition of salt and coriander adding a subtle layer of complexity.

The second beer in the Puddletown Limited series. A traditionally brewed Mexican-Style Lager that is perfect for pairing with sunny weather and a lime.

We are Excited to be collaborating with Brothers Cascadia on our new NW Pilsner! Mosaic hop extract used on the hot side with Idaho 7 hops on the cold side.

Celtic Rain

Biscuit, Pale Tradition

an Irish Style Lager, the first beer in the puddletown Limited series.
When I was just a wee lad, I was told by an Irish Exchange student that in Ireland you measure rain in a pint glass. I'm sure she was messing with me, but don't worry, the beer won't. Round malt profile and clean finish. Celtic rain is based on a historic recipe from the region. Sláinte !

Fermented and aged with multiple strains of brett in freshly emptied red wine barrels from Whiskey Hill Winery in Hubbard, OR.

Single Malt and Single Hop

ABV 5.5%

Simple, Subtle, Graceful

Brewed as our anniversay beer in 2023, we will bring this beer back but with a different malt and hop. More details coming soon.
